Office Khojo provides workspace advisory and brokerage services across Delhi NCR free of charge to occupiers. By submitting an enquiry you authorize us to contact you and share relevant workspace options.
2. Listings & accuracy
Pricing, availability and amenities of listed spaces are provided by operators and may change without notice. We strive to keep information accurate but make no guarantees of availability at the quoted terms.
3. No brokerage from clients
We do not charge occupiers any brokerage, commission or fee. Our revenue comes from property partners.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding and imagery on this site belongs to Office Khojo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Office Khojo acts as an advisor and intermediary; final lease/MOU agreements are between you and the operator. We are not liable for any operator default, service failure or commercial dispute.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
