How is a managed office different from coworking?+

A coworking space is shared. You share the pantry, meeting rooms and floor with other companies. A managed office is fully private and locked, so it carries only your team and your brand, but the operator still runs the building for you.

How is a managed office different from a normal lease?+

A normal commercial lease is raw or bare-shell space. You spend on interiors, IT, security and every vendor yourself, and sign for 5 to 9 years. A managed office is fully built, fully staffed and comes on a 2 to 3 year term. One bill, no vendors to chase.

How fast can we move in?+

For ready-to-use floors, 1 to 2 weeks. For a custom-branded floor with your look and layout, 4 to 6 weeks is normal.
