Does Office Khojo charge any brokerage?+

No. Our advisory and brokerage services are completely free for occupiers, we're paid by our property partners. You'll never see a brokerage invoice from us.

Which cities do you cover?+

We currently serve all major micro-markets across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida. This includes Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Connaught Place, Nehru Place, Aerocity, Saket, Okhla and more.

What is the minimum team size you can help with?+

Anything from 1 seat (a coworking desk or virtual office) all the way up to 1,000+ seat managed campuses.

How quickly can I move in?+

Plug-and-play managed offices and coworking spaces can be activated in 2–7 days. Larger or custom-built spaces typically take 4–12 weeks.

Do you help with lease negotiation and paperwork?+

Yes, we assist end-to-end including commercial negotiation, lease/MOU review and onboarding coordination.

Are the listings verified?+

Every space in our portfolio is personally vetted by our team. We check fit-out quality, amenities, building maintenance and operator reputation.

What's the difference between a managed office and coworking?+

Coworking is a flexible membership in a shared environment. A managed office is a private, dedicated space, exclusively yours, operated and maintained by a partner so you don't deal with vendors, AMCs or IT.

Can I get a GST registration with a virtual office?+

Yes. Our virtual office plans include GST and company-registration-friendly documentation across multiple states and cities.
